Privacy
Short version: the invoice tool runs entirely in your browser, and the only thing that could ever leave your device is anonymous visit counting — and only if you agreed to it.
What the tools do with your data
The invoice generator and the VAT checker are JavaScript running in your browser. There is no server-side processing, no account, and no form submission. Your business details, your clients, your amounts and any logo you add are assembled locally and never transmitted.
A draft of the invoice you are working on is kept in your browser's local storage so that reloading the page does not lose your work. It stays on your device, we cannot read it, and the Clear button in the tool deletes it. Clearing your browser data removes it too.
Measurement cookies — only if you agree
We would like to know which pages are useful, so we use Google Analytics 4
(measurement ID G-7PZRH4KDT4). It is loaded only after you press
Accept on the banner. Until then, and permanently if you decline, no request is
made to Google and no analytics cookie is set.
Analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising personalisation and ad user data all default to denied under Google Consent Mode. Accepting enables analytics storage only; we do not run advertising tags on this site.
Your choice is remembered in your browser. To change it, clear this site's data in
your browser settings, or run IA_CONSENT.reset() in the developer console.
What Analytics records if you accept: which pages were viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived. It never receives anything you typed into the invoice tool.
Hosting
The site is served as static files by Netlify, which processes standard server logs including IP addresses for security and delivery purposes. We do not add tracking on top of that.
What we never do
- Ask for an email address, or create an account
- Send your invoice data, your clients or your logo to any server
- Sell or share data with advertisers
- Run advertising or remarketing tags

This site links to Flowzivo, made by the same team. Following that link takes you to a separate site with its own privacy notice and its own consent banner. Nothing about your session here is passed to it.
Your rights and contact
Where data protection law gives you rights of access, correction or erasure, they apply to whatever we hold — which for this site is, in practice, nothing tied to you. For any question write to hello@flowzivo.com.
